Hi guys,

I'm presently considering the benefits of pursuing either the CQE certification or the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt as I map out the next steps in my career trajectory in manufacturing process engineering. I'm strongly interested in understanding which certification might bring more tangible advantages and stronger market demand, especially considering developing industry trends and skill requirements.

I came across some comparison charts and career outcome surveys that highlight different career trajectories and skill focuses for each credential, which I've shared here asq cqe .

I'd truly appreciate hearing from anyone who's faced this decision or holds either certification—how has it transformed your career development and day-to-day work? Any thoughts on which might align better with future-focused roles in manufacturing would be greatly helpful.

I appreciate it for your feedback and experiences!
